I help powerful women hop off the never-ending, shame-filled diet cycle, and take their health into their own hands so that they can thrive in a body that they unapologetically love – seamless digestion, clear mind, glowing skin, abundant energy, huge smile, and healthy weight.

I started my first diet when I was 14, purely out of the desire to “be skinny” like the rest of my friends that naturally had six-pack abs at 13 years old. 

As a young girl, my appearance was put on a pedestal. I got highlights for the first time in the 5th grade. Yup. I was modeling and acting in Disney commercials, college textbooks, theme park brochures, etc. Hello,I was trying to become the next Britney Spears, duh! It was all fun and games until it realllly wasn’t fun anymore.

Then came my parents catastrophic divorce (and so much more that we can get into another time) that ripped the family apart, left me not speaking to my mother for over 10 years, and had me feeling the farthest thing from loveable.

So where did my head go? Well if I could just be skinnier, THEN I would be good enough. Oooh baby.

Being my type-A, Capricorn self (fellow Caps, you know), I dove headfirst into research. It was a long and dark hole to go down – diets, weight loss “tricks”, programs promising immediate results. All of the information out there left me feeling lost, desperate and utterly unworthy.

Fast forward 6 years and my body, mind, and spirit were a mess from all of the diets (you know that lowwww, shame-filled feeling you get when you fall off yet ANOTHER diet).

At this point, my digestion was a wreck from eating nothing but kale. I had lost my period for over two years because I was so underweight. I was suffering from bad insomnia, which led to more and more coffee that my nervous system could not handle. And food consumed my every thought because I was never satisfied. Which led to stress, exhaustion and terrible bloating. 

It’s as if everything that I ate didn’t sit well with me. My stomach hurt constantly. My bloating was so uncomfortable and embarrassing that I wanted to hide.

Finally, I stumbled across the world of the gut microbiome and something clicked in my brain - the issues were in my gut.

The childhood trauma, high-stress, the many rounds of antibiotics that I had taken and years of chronic dieting had completely wrecked my gut microbiome. 

After YEARS of research, experimentation, and education, I put together a gut health protocol and everything changed. 

I started to view food from a place of true nourishment, disease prevention, and empowerment. 

I got my energy back. I wasn’t afraid of food anymore. I slept through the night. I got my period back. The bloating subsided. And most importantly…

My mind felt so much better. I was happier. 

And food no longer consumed my every thought because I was actually satiated from my meals. Not to mention, my skin started to glow from the inside out.  

Once I graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I immediately started coaching my clients through this exact program. 

I very quickly found that every single one of them got better. 

I knew it was my obligation to share these discoveries that I learned with other women to help them too.

Women like me that were fed up, frustrated and were done with the superficial quick fixes that just left them feeling worse!

The women that were told it was all in their head from their doctors – nope nothing is wrong or we don’t know what’s wrong with you.

The women that wanted to unbutton their pants come noon every single day, regardless of what they ate. 

The women suffering in immense pain with NO end in sight.

The women breathing their way through low self-esteem and panic attacks every single day.

The women that were ready to GIVE UP and accept that their new normal sucked. 

The women that wanted to FEEL GOOD in their bodies with ease and freedom.

The women that wanted to know what actually works for their unique bodies, not the IG influencer that looks like her life consists of acai bowls, beach vacations, and designer bags (no hate, sounds fun!, but….). 

And the women that wanted to take their health into their own hands but were left paralyzed from information overload.

Today I help those powerful women hop off the never-ending, shame-filled diet cycle, find the root cause of their health issues, and ditch the debilitating bloating, skin issues, insomnia, and anxiety forever so they can thrive. 

And the best part? We have fun while doing it – no juice fasts, no starvation, no shame. 

It’s pretty much the best “job” ever.
